$3.2 million development coming to Hazel Park, MI
A mixed-use development is coming to the former site of a CVS in downtown Hazel Park, MI. The site has been vacant for 15 years.
The development will include 33 apartment units and 14,000 square feet of retail space. The project will include extensive upgrades to John R. Road, including the removal of a lane and wider walkways.
Developer Lucky Ranger LLC expects construction to begin soon and to be completed in 2020.
