We are looking for an inside sales representative in our Benicia, CA location.
We are looking for a candidate that is driven and is looking for a career possibility with a lot of room for growth.
Our inside sales representatives handle our sales calls as well as help out in our manufacturing plant. If the plant is busy and we need help in production, our sales members will help that team out as well.
After your probation period you will be put onto a commission plan based on how productive the plant is working.
Shift – Early morning shift – Monday – Friday
Job Duties:
- Communicating with customers
- Understand customer needs
- Answering potential customer questions
- Upselling products and services
- Closing sale and achieving sales targets
- Will be cross-trained to help out in the plant
- Math skills are necessary
