New York City-based real estate developer The Bromley Companies is set to begin construction on a $500 million, 22-acre site in Tampa. The project will include apartments, a Whole Foods Market, office space, and three parking garages.
The project, called Midtown Tampa, will be built in a single phase. Bromley expects the project to be completed in early 2021.
As of February 2019, leasing agents were in the process of negotiating leases for the retail space, which include up to eight restaurants.
