Element hotel coming to Nashville’s OneCity development

Atlanta-based developer Noble Investment Group has secured a loan for an Element hotel on the site of the OneCity development.

The hotel will be six stories and have 175 rooms.

The OneCity development already includes an office building and an apartment complex. Future plans for the development include an additional office building.
