Tanger Outlets coming to downtown Nashville, TN

The real estate development company has not yet announced a location, other than to say the site will be located downtown and will have “direct highway visibility and [be] adjacent to a new full interchange currently under construction.”
Tanger is planning to build a mixed-used development of both new businesses and residential communities.
