Restaurants, retail under construction on 13-acre site in Royal Oak, MI

Officials at Beaumont Health – which owns a 13-acre site called Woodward Corners – have announced some of the businesses that will open at the site of the former Northwood Shopping Center.

The $32.8 million development is already under construction and is expected to employ hundreds of workers. It will include a 5-story hotel, a fitness center, restaurants, and a brewery.
