20-story apartment tower coming to downtown Raleigh, NC

Boston, MA property developer The Fallon Co. has submitted plans for a new 20-story high-rise on Hillsborough Street.

The move comes after a February 14 announcement of more construction coming to Hillsborough Street. CA Ventures will be building 132-unit apartment complex between Dixie Trail and Daisy Street.

The Fallon Co.’s plans call for nearly a million square feet of construction. The development will include not only apartments, but also office space and a hotel.

The developer has announced plans to start construction in 2019, with a completion date sometime in 2021.
