The project is a joint venture between Duball LLC and Daiwa House Group.
The development will include multifamily units, senior housing, a fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool, and retail space.
Current tenants of the Town Center Apartments at 90 Monroe St. will be moved into senior housing in the new development.
Funding sources for the project include New York-based M&T Bank, as well as tax credits from the Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County.
