Amazon is leasing a 248,000-square-foot warehouse space in southeast Baltimore’s Port 95 Industrial Park. The move will expand Amazon’s Baltimore distribution hub.
Amazon will share the warehouse complex with Johns Hopkins Health System, which leased 165,000 square feet of industrial space in the industrial development in 2017.
Johns Hopkins in using the space – which was formerly a manufacturing site for Sun Products – to support warehouse and logistics for its hospitals and other entities across the Baltimore area.
