$310 million manufacturing plant, 460 jobs coming to Shelbyville, IN

Greenleaf Foods SPC is planning to build a $310 million production facility in Shelbyville. The plant will be operational in 2021 and will create 460 jobs.

The 230,000-square-foot plant will be located on a 57-acre site near Interstate 74 and State Road 44.

Greenleaf Foods currently has manufacturing facilities in Massachusetts and Washington state.

Previously, Krone North America planned to build a factory on the site, but in 2017 the company called off those plans due to a downturn in business.
