$4.2 million construction project coming to Greenwood, IN

Poynter Sheet Metal is planning a $4.2 million expansion to its fabrication facility in Greenwood, IN.

The company’s new manufacturing unit will occupy 54,000 square feet and will produce prefabricated bathrooms for hospitals, hotels, and residential facilities. The move is expected to create an additional 40 manufacturing jobs at the site.

Construction is projected to begin in July, and will be completed in 2020.
