Hundreds of new apartments coming to development in Antioch, TN

Greensboro, NC-based The Carroll Cos. have purchased a 76-acre property in Antioch, TN. Earlier this year, officials approved a zoning change that would allow 550 “residential units” to be built on the site.
The properly is located south of the Century Farms development, which already includes offices, retail, and hotels.
The Carroll Cos. paid $3.9 million for the property and expects to spend $72 million on the new development.
