The original plans for the development featured a 25-story skyscraper. But the latest plans show that the building’s height will increase to 32 stories.
Currently, the site is home to a parking lot. But the proposed Peabody Union project will transform the property into a development that will include 323 residential units, 230,000 square feet of office space, and 50,000 square feet of retail space.
Construction is expected to begin by 2020.
