Major apartment/mixed-use development coming to Charlotte, NC

Over 300 apartments, as well as ground-floor retail space, are coming to a new development in Charlotte.

The 2.8 site is located near West Fifth Street and Wilkes Place. The development is known as 500 West Trade.

The development, which in addition to the apartments will include, a business center, health club, and retail courtyard, is scheduled to be ready for tenants in 2021.
