Developers are moving forward with a 279-apartment, mixed-use development in Research Triangle Park. The property was purchased for $7.2 million in 2018.
The project will be located in Imperial Center and will also include 1,200 square feet of retail space.
The developer has not yet announced a timeline for the project.
