The development will be split into five property types, which will include industrial, commercial, and multifamily. According to a Boomerang Development spokesperson, six builders will work on the project.
Construction will be handled in phases. A completion date for the entire development has not been announced, but plans call for some of the residential projects to be completed by 2021.
