Tampa, FL ranks among the best cities for investment

Tampa is among the best places to invest in opportunity zones – a designation that gives tax advantages for investments in low-income areas.

According to a list compiled by real estate company Cushman & Wakefield, six Florida metro areas ranked among the top 25, while Tampa reached the No. 4 spot.

The firm scored the cities based on their tax regulatory environments, job creation and population growth, and commercial real estate figures.
