A judge’s ruling has cleared the way for a stalled retail and housing development in Hartford, CT to finally get underway.
The project will include 200 mixed-income apartments, 11,000 square feet of retail space, and a 250-space parking garage.
The project had been idle since the city fired the previous development team, which led to a wrongful termination lawsuit.
According to current developer RMS Cos., construction could start in as soon as six months and will take about 18 months to complete.
