Our office in Indianapolis is looking for a Recruiter!

This is a job that will allow you to be on the phone and computer all day talking to and getting to know people.

Social media experience is a big plus! You can use your Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts to talk to people who are looking for jobs and get them to come into our office and apply!

• Must maintain professionalism in a constantly changing work environment
• Must take direction well and able to change directions at the drop of a hat (be able to drop what you are doing to perform another task and easily pick up where you left off)
• Must be open to constructive criticism and be willing to completely change strategy that isn’t working
• Must meet deadlines without exception

Recruiter job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Answering phones
• Scanning, faxing and attaching files to our database
• Recruit, assessing, and guiding a high volume of job seekers through an application process

Spec On The Job is hiring an Outside Sales Rep for our office in New York, NY. The position will have sales and lead generation responsibilities in addition to handling administrative duties in the office.

 

Overview

Spec On The Job specializes in construction, trucking/distribution, and warehouse job placements.

The position is responsible for the achievement of sales goals and contributing to profits through business development growth for both of current and prospective customers.

 

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for office profitability, worker pool availability, and office safety results.

• Plan and contribute to project management for customers. Build long term relationships when possible to continue the relationship and grow the customer base.

• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

• Oversee the supervision of field workers by office personnel. Monitor controllable expenses including classified advertising, premiums, entertainment, reimbursable expenses and supplies.

• Oversee all office level administrative duties while ensuring integrity, including managing field employee payroll.

• Participate in sales meetings with potential customers as subject matter expert for workforce management.

• Handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
