North Raleigh warehouse sold to cabinet design firm

A Raleigh real estate company has sold a north Raleigh warehouse to cabinet design firm 1st Choice Cabinetry for $4.9 million.

1st Choice Cabinetry plans to move its operations into the building. Previously, the building was used by Dudson Fine China.

The 60,000 square foot warehouse space is located at 5604 Departure Drive in Raleigh.
