$12 million construction project coming to Hillsborough Street in Raleigh, NC

CA Ventures purchased a 2.5-acre parcel on Hillsborough Street for $12.2 million. The property is currently the site of several buildings, including the Hangover Grill.
The developer plans to construct a 132-unit apartment complex between Dixie Trail and Daisy Street that will also include retail shops. Construction will begin this month and continue until 2020.
