$16 million mixed-use construction project planned in Durham, NC

This summer, Durham-based Abranova Real Estate will start construction on a $16 million development.
The project, called Nova RTP, will be located at 2801 Courtney Creek Boulevard in Durham. The first phase will include 47 townhome units, and is expected to take up to 18 months to complete.
The second phase – NOVA RTP II – will include 36 apartments, office space, and a coffee shop.
The developer expects both phases of the project to be completed within two years.
