New retail project coming to downtown Raleigh, NC

Developers are seeking approval for a new 11,000-square-foot retail project on new Bern Avenue in downtown Raleigh.
The project – called Wilders Grove Retail – will sit on a 2.13 acre lot next to Wilders Grove Shopping Center. The work will involve demolishing the existing building pad and parking lot and constructing two new buildings.
Applications have listed Southeastern Design and Construction of Hope Mills and Riddle Commercial Properties of Fayetteville as the developers.
