Former industrial site in Middle River, MD sold to developer

A blighted industrial plant outside Baltimore, MD has been sold to developer Blue Ocean Realty.
The developer purchased the 2-million-square-foot Middle River Depot for an undisclosed sum.
The site will be renamed “Aviation Station” and will include office space and creative maker space. It will also include a MARC train station, which is already located at the site.
The facility was formerly a manufacturing plant for World War II bombers.
