Developers have unveiled their latest plans for the 235-acre Port Convington development to a Baltimore city design panel.
Port Covington is a development that was conceived by Under Armour CEO Kevin Plank in 2016.
The initial phase of the project will include a 48,000-foot grocery store, a 254,000-square-foot mixed-use building, and a seven-story office project.
As of today, Weller Development has announced no official timetable or final cost estimates for the project.
