Second phase of $32 million student housing development moves ahead in Indianapolis

Spectra Student Living has requested approval to build 70 student apartments west of Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis.
The apartments are part of the second phase of a larger development project which kicked off in 2015. Phase one consisted of 107 units and 160 parking spaces. Phase two will add the 70 additional student apartments, along with 107 more parking spaces.
The total project is expected to cost $32 million and be completed by mid-2020.
