7-story hotel development coming to downtown Tampa, FL

Construction is set to begin this summer on the Midtown Tampa development, which will be located near Interstate 275 and N Dale Mabry Highway.
The project will include a 7-story, dual-branded Aloft and Element hotel property. The hotel will have 226 rooms. It will also have 24,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.
In addition to the hotel, the Midtown Tampa development will include an apartment complex, a Whole foods, and several office buildings. The Bromley Companies plans to build a total of 1.8 million square feet of development on 22 acres.
