New office tower coming to Charlotte, NC

Developer Lincoln Harris is set to build a third office tower at its 10-acre Legacy Union site in Charlotte, NC.
The new office tower will be located at 700 S Mint Street. Two office towers – which are already under construction – are already located on the site.
The S Mint Street tower will include 287,000 square feet of office space and 17,250 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
