More development coming to Capitol View in Nashville, TN

Developers have plans to add a senior assisted-living facility to the Capitol View development in the North Gulch neighborhood of Nashville.

Merrill Gardens at Capitol View will span two new buildings on a 2.8 acre site within the larger Capitol View development. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2020.

In addition to the senior living facility, the 32-acre Capitol View development will include 600 apartments, 1.1 million square feet of office space, and 130,000 square feet of retail space.
