Construction of new hotel coming to Crabtree Valley Mall in Raleigh, NC

Developers have submitted a site review for a five-story, 130-room hotel near Crabtree Valley Mall in Raleigh. The hotel will be located at 2102 Century Drive.

The proposed building, which will be owned and developed by RK Investors, will be 67,746 square feet, and will include a parking deck.

Permitting for the construction can’t proceed until Raleigh officials approve the site review plans.
