Construction begins on $600 million Port Covington re-development

Weller Development has broken ground on the 235-acre re-development of Port Convington in South Baltimore.
Workers have begun construction of five new buildings for the first phase of the project. The five Rye Street Market buildings are scheduled to be completed in 2021.
The development will include 275,000 square feet of office, residential, and retail space. It will also include a 50-acre Under Armour corporate campus.
