436 warehouse workers to be terminated after logistics contract change in Plainfield, IN

Neovia Logistics Services LLC is taking over the service contract at a Whirlpool distribution facility near the Indianapolis International Airport.
Ryder Integrated Logistics, who formerly held the contract, plans to terminate 436 workers as a result. However, Neovia Logistics plans to hire most of those employees.
Ryder has handled third-party logistics at the warehouse since 2001.
