Amazon confirms fulfillment center, 1,000 jobs are coming to Kernersville, NC

Amazon has confirmed that it is building a 1,000-job fulfillment center in Kernersville, NC.
The facility, which will be 1 million square feet, has been in development since May 2018. But Amazon refused to release any information about its plans for the property until now.
Samet is the general contractor for the development. An Amazon spokesperson has stated that the company will not release a completion date for the project until it is within “weeks of launching operations.”
