$500 million Germantown Union development moves forward in Nashville, TN

A developer has paid over $20 million for an additional six acres of land near the site of a defunct warehouse in Nashville. The additional land bring the total footprint of the development up to over 15 acres.
The developer has plans to build 650,000 square feet of office space, 600 residential units, and 150,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space on the site.
Currently, a former warehouse for Goodwill Industries is located on the property.
