$15 million industrial park development coming to Pineville, NC

Developer Beacon Partners is set to break ground on a 230,600-square-foot industrial building outside of Charlotte, NC. The warehouse facility will sit on a 46-acre parcel.
The development is scheduled for completion in 2020.
The building is designed to accommodate two tenants, but does not have any tenants announced as of yet.
