Warehouse real estate market in Baltimore-Washington area posts $600 million in sales in only 6 months

According to data from Cushman & Wakefield’s Baltimore office, the industrial sector of the Baltimore-Washington real estate market has posted $600 million in sales so far this year.
The $600 million figure includes real estate development and sales stemming from e-commerce.
Recently, companies such as Amazon.com have developed and opened warehouse properties in Baltimore City, Sparrows Point, Jessup, and White Marsh.
