Major mixed-use development coming to Durham, NC.

Beacon Properties Group of Chapel Hill, NC is moving forward with plans for a mixed-use development in Durham near US 15-501 and New Hope Creek.

The project will include 100,000 square feet of commercial space and 57,000 square feet of retail space, as well as office space and more than 300 multi-family homes.

Construction is expected to begin before the end of 2019 and finish in some time in 2021.
