167-acre industrial park coming to Indianapolis, IN area

Jones Development Co. has begun construction on the first phase of a 167-acre industrial park in Whiteland, IN.
The first phase of the the development will consist of two buildings which will total more than 600,000 square feet. The developer plans to add three additional structures which will range from over 150,000 square feet to 1.2 million square feet. The buildings have been designed for logistics, manufacturing, and e-commerce operations.
No timeline for completion of the project has been announced.
