A growing local economy is heating up the home buying market in locations within Williamson County, TN.
Demand is so high in the Spring Hill and Columbia areas that builders are working overtime to try to keep up.
Cost is one of the major factors driving home purchases in the area. New homes on the Williamson County side of Spring Hill are priced from around $242,000. In comparison, the county’s average price is $641,377.
