Developer proposes new distribution center in South Windsor, CT

Scannell Properties of Indianapolis, IN wants to build a distribution center in South Windsor. The proposed facility would be over 420,000 square feet.

Before the project can move forward, planning and zoning officials will need to approve a special exception modification as well as a site plan.

The developer has not yet announced who would operate the distribution center.
