Livonia and Grand Rapids make the list of the 10 hottest real estate markets

According to Realtor.com, Livonia, MI is the hottest real estate market in the Metro Detroit area. The area is so popular that Livonia’s 48154 zip code is also the No. 6 hottest in the United States.
Livonia earned the ranking based on factors such as affordability, the average time a property remains on the market, and other factors.
Grand Rapids, MI did even better. The city took the No. 1 spot on the list, making it the hottest real estate market in the country.
