PepsiCo distribution facility coming to southeastern Indianapolis, IN

Developer Scannell Properties has plans to build a $14.5 million distribution and warehouse facility in southeastern Indianapolis.
The warehouse will be constructed for PepsiCo Inc., which currently has several facilities around the city.
The facility will be about 200,000 square feet, 187,000 of which will be used for warehousing and distribution. The rest will be used as office space.
The facility will create 27 new jobs and will help PepsiCo retain 467 jobs at its facility in Pike Township.
