Automation company to bring 176 jobs to Port Huron, MI

Automation, prototyping, and engineering firm R & E Automated Systems has plans to expand into Port Huron, MI. The company’s $14.4 million investment plan will create 176 new jobs in the area.
R & E is purchasing a 141,000-square-foot building. It plans to roll out its expansion plan over five years.
The company is currently headquartered in Romeo, MI. It’s current clients include Ford Motor Company and General Motors.
